Retro-commissioning and energy optimization for the 162,000 square foot southeast regional testing laboratory. Base building and tenant fit out commissioning services for the 175,000 square feet of offices and facilities operations areas.
Cx services for the 20,000 square foot public library. The project included new high efficiency HVAC equipment and a temperature control system upgrade. Cx services for the 361,000 sf renovation and addition from design phase through post occupancy. Services include LEED® Prerequisite and Enhanced Cx Services for LEED® Silver Certification. Cx services for the HVAC and controls systems upgrades for the 150,000 square foot process and distribution center. Included cooling plant, HVAC and control systems upgrades and optimization. Cx services for the 108,000 square foot renovation and addition from construction phase through post occupancy. Includes replacement of all HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems.
Retro-Commissioning services for the 195,000 square foot hotel and conference center. Project is located within their main campus. Cx services for the first LEED® Certified daycare center in the state of Connecticut. Services included LEED® Prerequisite and Enhanced Cx Services for LEED® Silver Certification Cx services for the Fitness Center and Greer Store projects which include all HVAC systems Ice Rink cooling plant and South Infrastructure projects. Cx services for 105,000 square foot, 6 story building with ground floor retail and 5 floors of apartments. Cx Services for LEED® Silver Certification were provided.

Provided Prerequisite and Enhanced Cx Services for LEED® Commercial Interiors, Platinum Certification. Cx services for the HVAC and controls systems upgrades for the 140,000 square foot general mail facility. Included cooling plant, HVAC and control systems upgrades and optimization.
Energy Engineering Projects
Energy audits of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems for over 3.5 million sf of process and distribution centers across the US. Developed energy conservation strategies and improvement recommendations. Building energy benchmarking and energy study services for the Connecticut Forest and Park Association head quarters. Energy Study for the Koch Center SMT building. Performed an energy audit and improvement study for 16 school system buildings for a total of 1,200,000 square feet for development of energy conservation measures and improvements.
Provided energy services including review and analysis of HVAC system upgrades and controls optimization for the City Hall. Provided Thermographic study of building envelope features. Performed an energy conservation study on HVAC and domestic hot water systems.
